Kamplan Motor Control Cabinet
The illustrated Kamplan motor control cabinet is a compact control cabinet for controlling an electric motor within an agricultural feed installation. On the front there is a Hand–0–Auto-switch and a fault indicator, which allows the motor to be operated manually or automatically. The transparent housing provides a view of the internal contactor and motor protection.
Such control cabinets are used for controlling augers, conveyor chains, dosing systems and other motor-driven components of feed installations. The built-in motor protection protects the installation against overload and thermal faults.
